Man Comes Home To Squatters - And Over 50,000 Tires - On His Property

Dealing with squatters is a headache in itself. However, this is very likely the first time a homeowner has come home not only to uninvited losers “squatting” in his residence, but also to discover that his property has been used as a dumping ground for over 50,000 tires.
I interviewed a homeowner who just bought a house but left for a few months and returned to 50,000 tires and 15 squatters pic.twitter.com/tT7ykVnNHT

How is this even possible?
According to OPB:
Tran bought a 1.2 acre property near Southeast 154th Avenue and Powell Boulevard in February, believing it was his “dream property.” It was a fresh start not far from his work and a place his newborn could someday run barefoot in the grass.
A small tire pile already sat on the land when he bought it, one he planned to clean up himself. But, as first reported by KATU, Tran returned in June with a contractor to start building his dream home and found the pile had ballooned into what he estimates at 50,000 to 75,000 tires.
To remove the junk, it would cost him over $100,000. Obviously, that is not an expense most homeowners can afford. So, you may be wondering, what is the city doing about this “mountain of tires?” Nothing. The answer seems to be nothing.
He estimates the cleanup will be well over $100,000. He is hoping the city and the county can step up and help them with the cleanup, considering what happened was not his fault. pic.twitter.com/ll4zXJkZEO

He believes that tire shops are outsourcing disposal and those haulers are illegally dumping them on his property, according to the outlet. He says he calls the city and county every day, but to no avail.
A man is being forced to foot the bill for crimes against his property, and city staff seem too burdened to even return his calls. Do you need any more proof of how useless these leftist municipalities are? What an unacceptable mess.
