Somali activists blame America for Somali gangs shooting up a city in America

Society needs to start condemning the epidemic of people who lack accountability. Because in that pursuit, Somali leaders are now blaming American culture for Somali youth gang shootings, and, astonishingly, no one calls them out for it.
One teacher would like you to believe that Somali’s work so hard and that is why there is an increase in youth gang violence.
89% of Somali families in Minnesota are on welfare

I am not here to tell you this is factually incorrect. However, I will tell you that over 80% of Somali households are on at least one form of welfare, according to the Center for Immigration Studies. This is a stark comparison, considering the native population is around 20%.
But again, this is an American problem, not so much a Somali accountability problem, per these activists.

Just to put into perspective how bad the problem is:
A MINNESOTA HIGH SCHOOL JUST CANCELED ITS HOMECOMING DANCE AFTER SOMALI GANG VIOLENCE SPILLED INTO A FOOTBALL GAME.Two young people were reportedly hurt in a shooting at the game the night before.Local law enforcement says young Somali gangs are tied to 14 homicides and more than 100 shootings in just the last two years.Kids lost their homecoming because Minnesota leaders spent years too scared to call this problem what it is.The Republican Senate candidate there just landed endorsements from the Minnesota police association and the Minneapolis police federation, and they snubbed Peggy Flanagan.When the cops won't back the Democrat, that tells you exactly who they trust to keep Minnesota safe.

“The fastest trend we see today is the growth in Somali gangs.”
The trend is growing so much that a high school had to cancel its Homecoming Dance. And while I am unaware of any database that tracks high school cancellations due to gang violence, it is likely safe to conclude this is exceptionally rare. That's all you need to know.
Again, rather than hold any form of accountability and actually address the problem, some members in the community are demanding you stop calling out these gangs, because calling it out is only making it worse…. Something like that.

You do not have to be an expert on gang violence to understand that this has nothing to do with American culture. And the sooner these people realize it, the better off everyone, including youth in the Somali community, will be. Until that realization, this is the best they've got. Pathetic.
