James Talarico's latest "woke 1" cringe about what he claims is white supremacy (and two questions no one is asking him)

James Talarico says that capitalism is "white supremacy" and needs to be "dismantled."
Talarico is the most extreme candidate for office in the history of Texas.

When social media influencer Rep. AOC introduced "woke 1" into our political vernacular, it became our patriotic duty to mock it within an inch of its life, like we did the word "woke." That is easy to do as long as the streets keep unearthing old clips from James Talarico. Who, now that we have his name there for SEO purposes, will be referred to as TalaFREAKo for the rest of this post.
Sure, we here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website might be childish. But we're not the ones who claim "capitalism" is "white supremacy."
This is 2020, pandering to Austin Sierra Club activists, as TalaFREAKo was running to be elected to the Texas House of Representatives. Ergo, these are the political positions he held as he was running for political office and attacking the oil and gas industry. Yes, in Texas.
I'm ... thankful that young activists have really drawn the link between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism in our country. "And I think only understanding the ways that all three of those oppressive systems work together are we going to be able to begin the process of dismantling them.
In a statement to CNN, TalaFreako said that his "cringe" comments "missed the mark," and claimed, without evidence, that he was a capitalist who supports the oil and gas industry. He's been using "my cringe comments missed the mark" ever since he robbed strong Black woman Jasmine Crockett of the Senate nomination. TalaFREAKo doesn't seem to believe anything he used to believe, including about Second Amendment rights and how much he loves trans children.
The media -- mainly because they got their orders to push the "woke 1 was craaaaaaazy" talking point -- never ask the two obviously follow up questions:
1. Why and how did you change your viewpoint on the issue?
2. Why should voters believe you? Because you come across as a politician who will say anything for votes.
It's not like "capitalism is white supremacy" isn't a talking point that TalaFREAKos fellow lefties still push today:
On CNN NewsNight, The Atlantic’s Jemele Hill argues that capitalism is oppressive and bound up in white supremacy.

And TalaFREAKO, as an ELECTED OFFICIAL IN TEXAS ONLY FOUR YEARS AGO opposed the oil and gas industry:
We should also limit the influence of the oil and gas industry in our politics.
I’ve personally signed the pledge not to accept a dime of fossil fuel money.
All legislators should do the same. pic.twitter.com/sNF4FktF4O

It would be one thing if TalaFREAKo only had one "woke 1" position he changed his mind on. Or a single cringe comment he's embarrassed by. But every statement he's ever made?
What changed his mind? And why should anyone believe you?
If only America had an institution whose main job was to hold politicians accountable. ALL politicians, as opposed to only the ones they don't share a cringe "woke 1" worldview with.
