Another traffic accident took the lives of three people and injured several, and reports indicate that this was committed by an illegal Indian immigrant. If you are surprised by this, you are not paying attention. Today's show breaks it down.
A 21-year-old Indian national who entered the U.S. illegally through the southern border in 2022 and was later released is believed to have caused the deadly semi-truck accident in Southern California, according to several federal law enforcement officials who spoke to Fox News.
According to federal sources, the suspect, identified as Jashanpreet Singh, was first encountered by Border Patrol agents in California’s El Centro Sector in March 2022, and released into the interior of the country pending an immigration hearing.
Singh has now been arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated after plowing his big rig into slow-moving traffic on the I-10 Freeway in San Bernardino County.
“Whenever there is a school shooting, and it is a tragedy, the left politicizes it before the bodies are even cold. They go, 'If it saves one life, would you give up your gun?'” Crowder said. “It would not save any lives. It would result in far more lives being taken vs. saved. It's not even close. But why doesn't it apply here? If it saves one life, could this have been prevented?”
Singh was released under the Biden administration’s 2022 “alternatives to detention” policy, one of several instances Fox News has documented where illegal immigrants released pending hearings went on to commit a crime.
“In other words, he came here illegally and then was caught and let out anyway,” Crowder said. “Deport them all, period. Why? Because this didn't need to happen.”
As Crowder said, this was all under the fake guise of “compassion.” And tragically, that "compassion" killed an innocent family.
“He didn't even hit the brakes,” Crowder said. “This guy shouldn't be in this country. The people elected to protect the country — that's their primary job — knowingly released a criminal back into this country, fully aware that this happens all the time.”
Crowder predicts that the driver likely did not have his CDL and presented a fake one.
“It's very common in this industry,” Crowder said. “I am willing to bet that either he didn't, or it was a scam.”
This would not be surprising because fraudulent CDL license schemes have happened in California.
“This is not a conspiracy,” Crowder said. “Your government — one of its very few legitimate jobs — is to protect you from external and internal threats. They deliberately put you at risk. Why? Let's be honest: to buy votes with your tax dollars.”
