Hysterical New RNC Ad Mocks the Democrats "Moral Victories"
Hmm, this new RNC ad. On the one hand, this new RNC ad cracked two ribs. On the other hand, it's making me reference The Fast and the Furious. Unless he's saying "I am Groot," Vin Diesel is the Hillary Clinton of action film stars. In that he's terrible.
But let's focus on the funny:
Let me put on my Republican strategist hat for a second and say I have no idea what's going to happen in November. History dictates the right may lose the House. But there is a giant question mark about just how much Donald Trump has disrupted the general order of things. We probably need a few election cycles to make sense of where we're headed.
However, if there's one true thing, it's the minority party HAS TO PUT SOME ACTUAL POINTS ON THE BOARD. Here's an MMA example. Chris Weidman is a great fighter. Send me your hate tweets. He had three fights in a row he was winning but got caught or made a single stupid mistake which cost him the bouts. He looked great before the loss. But all that matters is he lost the fights.
Claiming a "moral victory" may make the left feel better in the face of losing to the party of President Hitler McStalin. But losers are still losers.
