DSA Co-chair Who Hates The Rich Went To An Ivy League School And (Shocker) Lives In $1.5 million Home Owned By His Parents

Most people do not go to Ivy League schools. Most people do not live in a $1.5 million home in Brooklyn. This is why it is bizarre, yet hypocritical, that someone reaps the fruits of someone else's labor in such a way while also demanding the rich pay their fair share.

DSA co-chair Gustavo Gordillo is a double-standard rich kid who reaps the fruit of his parents' labor. His parents went beyond the American Dream, and to call Gordillo an ungrateful, spoiled brat would be an understatement.
To put it into perspective, here are his past comments:
The DSA's Gustavo Gordillo says no one wants to flip burgers, clean houses, and work extra jobs to make ends meet and raise a family in New York, so the whole governmental and economic system must change to suite the latte-swilling class and their leisure, basically. pic.twitter.com/pNAnymRYRP

To claim his parents had “success” would be an understatement.
According to The Post Millennial:
Gordillo lives in a $1.5 million Brooklyn home that's owned by his parents. The two-story, 2,000-square-foot home in Bed-Stuy, a neighborhood that has been increasing in value over the past few decades, "was bought in 2019 by his mommy and daddy through a dummy corporation, Chucuito LLC, for just under $1 million," the New York Post reports.
There is nothing wrong with this. It is great that his parents had such “success,” but the problem is that he is now demanding everything be free and that we massively change the country that afforded his parents such “success” back into something akin to the place they fled.
After that initial purchase, the home was renovated, landscaping was installed, decks were added to the roof and front, and Gordillo and his brother moved in. Gordillo's father confirmed it, saying, "my son and my other son both live there. The LLC purchased the home, and then we did the renovations."
His parents came from Peru and raised their family in South Florida, where they currently own a massive, $3.1 million home in Boca Raton. They own another, $3 million property in Weston, Florida and father Gustavo founded Draftpros Inc., an engineering and consulting services company.
Many Socialists do not like it when people own more than one property. Will his family be the exception to that rule? That would not be shocking. Nonetheless, it is no surprise that someone like him, who was handed everything in life, now demands that trend continue all the way to the government. And again, to call him a spoiled brat with no sense of how economics works would be an understatement.
