Hamas waged a "Day of Wrath" against Israel... and lost big. Israel has the best military in the world and a high quality of living. Hamas, not so much. The "Day of Wrath" didn't change this.

So the UN thought they'd give it a whirl. Problem is... their complete lack of authority and relevance again rendered them completely ineffective. Kinda like Barack Obama.
