There's no shortage of legendary Clint Eastwood moments, but still the fates see it fit to bless us with more (see Clint Eastwood: Political Correctness is Killing Us.). In his new movie, The 15:17 to Paris, Eastwood will pay homage to three American heroes who intervened and saved the day from a terrorist attack. And he plans to do so by casting them to play themselves. Commence awesomeness.

In an unconventional move, Clint Eastwood has tapped Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, and Spence Stone to play themselves in his next movie, The 15:17 to Paris. The film will tell the story of the three Americans who stopped a terrorist on a train bound for Paris.

Eastwood began a wide-ranging search for the actors who would portray the three Americans. It seemed the studio and Eastwood had their choices but at the eleventh hour have decided to have Sadler, Skarlatos and Stone portray themselves.

The film falls in line with Eastwood's recent interest in real-life heroes following American Sniper and Sully, both of which were two of his biggest box office hits.

Indeed, Eastwood has a habit of honoring real heroes with his theater flicks. This authenticity is a breath of fresh air amid the stinking innards of Hollywood. It's impossible to forget this is an industry where Desperate Much? Idiotic 'Celebrities' Make ANOTHER Anti-Trump Video and LOL! Hollywood Blames Trump For The Failure Of Their Comedies is the norm. Such blatant patriotism is hate speech.

Luckily for us, Clint "Gives Zero Craps" Eastwood lives up to his name. A name I just gave him, sure. But the point remains. As we've seen time and time again, the Clintster not only succeeds at being the bane of liberal Hollywood's existence but he enjoys it too.

More power to the guy. I have a feeling his anti-SJW badassery will linger on for decades. In the meantime, I hear an Eastwood marathon calling my name...
