"Your anger is justified": Crowder won't be "toning down" his rhetoric, and neither should you.
Violence from the Left is often dismissed, with calls to “tone down” rhetoric. At the same time, a YouGov poll may shed light on why some on the Left are seemingly celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death. Today’s show breaks this down.
“I have been telling you since at least 2019 that ANTIFA and BLM need to be designated as terrorist organizations," Crowder said. "You can’t find a single national figure in the Democratic Party in this country over the last ten years who, at least, didn’t on three separate occasions either condone or directly enable violence. This is the culmination of decades of work. It is not an accident.”
To add insult to injury, when asked, “Do you generally consider it to be acceptable or unacceptable for a person to be happy about the death of a public figure they oppose," Only 38 percent of Democrats said this is always unacceptable, compared to 56 percent of Republicans.
"That means that a significant majority of Democrats answered that it is unacceptable to celebrate the death of a public figure they oppose,” Crowder said. “It’s not fringe, it’s the majority. Otherwise, you would not be this scared.”
In one specific and recent case of the left not toning down the rhetoric, Oxford student George Abaraonye, president of the historic debate club established in 1823, openly celebrated upon learning that Kirk had been shot and killed.
“Charlie Kirk got shot, let’s f–king go,” Abaraonye, 20, posted on WhatsApp on Wednesday, according to the New York Post.
In another instance, during a concert in Amsterdam on September 13, singer Bobby Vylan dedicated a song to Kirk, calling him “an absolute piece of shit” and using the phrase “pronouns was/were.”
"The Left will tell you that you are just as bad as him for wanting to see him get his ass beaten. You are not. Your anger is justified,” Crowder said.
