America is the land of the free and the home of the brave. Not "land of the free abortions." Also not "home of the brave, illegal chunklings." Still, the ACLU wants to make these into staples of American culture.

Our proof is this story. An illegal immigrant skedaddled across the border with a little Juanito in the oven. Aww, the miracle of conception. Or maybe something a little different, like the miracle of unprotected sex in the back of Paolo's taco truck. Either way, Miss South America wants to flush Juanito down the drain like leftover carnitas.

The American Civil Liberties Union intends to help her.

The unidentified 17-year-old girl says in a court declaration filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Washington that she has been asking for an abortion for two weeks. She says she wants one as soon as possible.

The American Civil Liberties Union is representing the girl and also seeking an order that would apply to future cases.

There's nothing American or civil about abortion. Pretty sure "and thine womb shall be free of any oppressive sex accidents" isn't written in the Constitution. Feel free to correct me if you think I'm wrong. I'll be sure to send a dictionary and "Reading Rainbow" episode your way.

It gets worse. Turns out this lass is the fourth pregnant illegal in recent months to waddle over to the States for an abortion. That we even know of. Oh, the wonders of undocumented teen pregnancy. Straight from the ACLU's web dumpster:

First there was Jane Doe. Then there were Jane Roe and Poe. Now Jane Moe has come to our attention.

Earlier this week, we learned that yet another 17-year-old immigrant in government custody was being blocked by the Trump administration from obtaining an abortion.

Setting aside the clear need for more anonymous monikers, lest this turn into a Three Stooges set, no one has a right to suck out their child. Of which we'll get into later.

The ACLU has a serious case of misunderstanding liberties. Much like their misunderstanding for what is and is not deserving of rights. American or human rights.

Jane Moe, who is believed to be in her second trimester of pregnancy, made clear her desire to terminate her pregnancy two weeks ago. Private funds are available to pay for her abortion, and staff at the shelter where she is being held are willing to accompany Ms. Moe to a clinic, but as in three prior cases, the government is refusing to allow it.

Firstly, she's not an American. Ms. Moe can't simply salsa into another country and make demands. Just like I couldn't truck my way across Mexico's border and demand they give me free medical operations. Or a condo in Cabo. Drinkable water.

Since when did it become America's duty to kill foreign babes? Murdering the world's unwanted youth sounds more a China thing. Sorry to disappoint, but America isn't the globe's fetal garbage disposal. Confusing, sure, with Planned Parenthood's mass market of fetal baby part trafficking.

By the way, these procedures cost more than a few pesos. Abortionists make it sound like it's as simple as sitting around a boiling cauldron screeching fetus deletus. But as we've seen, abortion rakes in more cash than a girl scout selling cookies at 4/20.

Notice how the ACLU claims there are private funds available for this teen's abortion. But what about the next 500 Marias, Martas, and Margaritas? Who will fund the killing of their babies? Here's looking at you, tax-paying rubes.

You know how the left is always lamenting the United States inserting itself too often in foreign matters? They're constantly whining about United States needing to butt out. Helping South American youth coat-hanger themselves in the name of sexual liberty doesn't exactly sound non-interventionist. In fact, inserting forceps and curettages into the birth canal of a foreign woman, to snuff her foreign child, seems xenophobic. No?

And another thing. "My body, my choice." How about your body, your problem? As in not America's problem. Lo siento.

Gladly!

But the real heart of the issue comes down to human rights. Not to be confused with free tampons. The ACLU claims helping Ms. Moe scrape her insides clear of any baby-matter is the compassionate thing to do, for the sake of women's rights. Except there's nothing compassionate about killing babies (read Dear Leftists: If There's Nothing Wrong with Abortion, Why Are you Hiding It So?). Murder quashes the human rights of the baby. A pesky little detail.

We don't want immigrants to limbo into the U.S. illegally for any reason. We doubly don't want them coming here and demand America kill their unborn ninos. Call me an intolerant hater, see if I care.

Progressives, on the other hand, seem to want us to exterminate these children on sight. For compassion. And here I thought the left loved foreign children. Apparently that good ole compassion only applies to those spicing it up outside the womb. Suckling at the teat of American welfare. But the unborn foreign babes? The left is ready to kill them.
