Another woke judge blocks a Trump EO, this one stating you can only be either a boy or a girl on your official US passport

The only problem with having more than two gender options on passports is that this isn’t actually a thing. So, while it used to be the status quo to allow an “X” option on these federal documents, Trump did what needed to be done and banned that insanity. However, when sleeping potatoes appoint judges, you get this story.
A judge appointed by Biden blocked Trump’s ban on allowing an “X” option on passports, despite that not being what the American people voted for.
Meet Julia Kobick, a Biden appointed U.S. District Court Judge who BLOCKED the Trump administration's policy requiring that individuals use their biological sex on their passport.

LOL. What does “X” even mean?
According to Fox News:
Biden-appointed U.S. Judge Julia Kobick issued a ruling Tuesday to temporarily block the Trump administration's move to only allow two genders, male and female, on U.S. passports.
In line with an executive order signed by President Donald Trump proclaiming the U.S. only recognizes two genders, the Department of State eliminated the "X" designation on passport applications and suspended a policy allowing people to identify as the opposite sex or as intersex or nonbinary.
The move was widely reported by media outlets as "targeting transgender" people. In April, Kobick, who is a federal judge for the U.S. District of Massachusetts, ruled to block the policy with regard to six people who sued the administration over it.
The reason this shouldn’t be allowed on passports is that it’s not truthful, but the left claims that gaslighting people into believing their delusions is the compassionate thing to do.
The judge wrote that the policy would cause transgender individuals to "experience anxiety and psychological distress or fear for their safety if they were required to travel with passports bearing a sex designation corresponding to their sex assigned at birth, largely because they would effectively ‘out’ themselves every time they presented their passports."
That doesn’t even make sense, since the “X” marker would “out” people more than their actual sex. Nonetheless, “X” is not a recognized category, and the fact that this judge insists the United States affirm it—despite it being deeply unpopular with the American people—shows just how out of touch these activist judges are.
It’s not compassionate to affirm one’s “psychological distress or fear for their safety if they were required to travel with passports bearing a sex designation corresponding to their sex assigned at birth,” and the fact that the left believes this puts them on the right side of history is a scandal in itself. Nonetheless, in the political pursuit to make sanity the status quo once again, we have another activist judge overriding the will of the people. And if that is not a threat to democracy, I don’t know what is.
