In less than a week, a month-long phenomenon will unfold, with debauchery and parades filled with sinful pride. As part of this deranged pursuit, the woke Mayor of Boston is promoting a 'Trans Period Pride' event in an effort to raise “conversations around transgender experiences with menstruation.” It is unclear why the mayor of a major city believes this is something she should be concerned with, but to claim these people have lost their minds would be an understatement.

Everyone reading this knows there is only one gender that experiences “menstruation.” This is why there is zero need to promote conversations about these experiences, as if this will do anything positive for anyone. At best, the people are wasting time and money here. At worst, it promotes a delusional ideology where womanhood is replaced with "menstruating people.” Draw your own conclusions. Nonetheless, none of this is surprising coming from Mayor Michelle Wu.

As you might recall, this is the same mayor who organized an “electeds of color” event. This is also the same mayor who refuses to hold people accountable when they break federal immigration laws. And this is the same mayor who thinks summer heat is proof we will all die from some massive weather catastrophe. So, when you realize this mayor does not align her progressive priorities with logic or evidence in reality, you understand why she would promote such an event. Or, in other words, this woman is just as delusional as the people who believe men can have periods.

What is next? Is the city going to install tampons in the men’s bathroom on city-owned property? Harvard is already doing that.

Oh, Tim Walz would be so proud.
