Watch: James Talarico Cries for Convicted Murderer Karmelo Anthony

Democrat Senate candidate James Talarico thinks Karmelo Anthony didn’t get a fair trial after he got 35 years for fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf. He could not be more wrong if he tried. Today’s show breaks it down.
“It is pretty cut and dry,” Crowder said.
The trial judge who presided over the case of a Texas teenager convicted of fatally stabbing a 17-year-old athlete at a high school track meet was ordered removed from the case as the defendant seeks a new trial and appeals his conviction.
Anthony’s legal team argued Wednesday that a retrial was warranted in part because state District Judge John Roach enforced overly strict courtroom rules and gave an interview after the trial was over.
After the trial, many people protested outside of the courthouse, implying that White people deserved it, and that they would side with the Black person no matter what, even though Anthony killed someone.
“It is a very hateful ideology. Remember that when you say there is no difference and they want to keep us divided racially and politically,” Crowder said.
In Aug., Talarico claimed we have a justice system that does not serve all Americans equally. According to his comments, not one member of the jury was Black. He claims it is the only evidence you need to “prove that the system is not working.”
“No, it is not the only evidence you need,” Crowder said.
Remember, a Black kid stabbed a White kid to death after he got mad in a place he should not have been with the weapon he should not have had. The jury was also not all White.
“There were no Black people, but that is because the Black people who sat down for the jury said they would not be able to convict a Black person,” Crowder said.
When Talarico claims the justice system is not working for Black people, he seems to ignore the fact that in Texas, Black people make up about 12% of the population, yet commit 29% of kidnappings, 35% of shoplifting, 35% of aggravated assault, 41% of murder, and 50% of robberies.
“How are they not being served fairly?” Crowder said. “You cannot let violent offenders off the hook. The left wants to.”
