CRINGE: TikToker Vlogs "Day-in-the-Life" as a Stay-at-Home Husband and It's Just As Bad As You'd Expect
One day, historians trying to determine what, precisely, led to the downfall of American civilization will be scratching their heads in puzzlement. They'll see we had airplanes, nukes, iPhones, and even grocery delivery services. What could possibly have caused the collapse?
Then they'll find this TikTok. And it'll all make sense.
Noah Simonian, a self-described "traveler" and husband of a Mexican woman, posted this "Day in the Life" vlog of a stay-at-home husband. Yes, it's just as bad as you'd expect. Possibly even worse.

His day starts with some tea before he packs a lunch for his wife. He then drives her to work and returns to clean the kitchen. Then he takes a "juice break" before picking his wife up from work and eating dinner. He ends the day by making her lunch for the next day and tucking her in. He also has earrings. Which is unrelated. But not really.
In his defense, he did say this was "day one" of being a stay-at-home husband. So maybe he's on the hunt for a job. Maybe.
And this isn't an indictment of stay-at-home dads-- sometimes that's just the way it works out. But notice I said dads. There are no children to be found anywhere in this TikTok. There's literally no reason for this man to be at home other than to serve his wife and not work a job.
Not to get too psychological, but I'm gonna get a little psychological. Men are naturally hardwired to provide and conquer. Women are not. When you reverse those natural roles, bad things happen. What's that saying again? "Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times. Good times create weak men, weak men create hard times."
Something tells me this guy's wife isn't gonna be holding the line in WW3. So, we may wanna gear up for some hard times.
