Starbucks is advertising a new perk for incoming employees: gender reassignment surgery coverage

In case you need one more reason to not support Starbucks, here is the millionth one proving why the company is trash.
Last week, we reported about a woman who got fired from Starbucks over her Christian/conservative views. This week we have Starbucks putting stickers on its coffee cups to let people know that they can surgically transition if they get hired.
According to an X post from Billboard Chris, a photo is circulating online that shows a cup with a sticker that says: “Did you know Starbucks offers coverage for gender reassignment surgery and more?”
According to the company’s website, “All partners enrolled in Starbucks health benefits have access to industry-leading gender-affirming care benefits regardless of organizing activity or representation status.”
This is regardless if you are part-time or full-time.
“Since 2013, Starbucks's health insurance plans have included coverage for gender-affirming surgery. In 2018, Starbucks expanded health insurance plan coverage to include procedures that were previously considered cosmetic — including hair removal, facial feminization, and hair transplants, among others,” the website added. “In fact, Starbucks recently extended medical travel reimbursement coverage for individuals who are required to travel for access to gender-affirming care.”
Question: Do women who are not “trans” get hair removal as well? What about the ladies who have hormonal issues that cause them to grow an abnormal amount of facial hair? Do they get to benefit from these procedures?
Of course not, because trans rights are not a real thing. There are only human rights and these people are afforded special treatment all because they woke up one day and demanded it.
If women are not afforded the right to laser hair removal when they have Hirsutism, then "trans women" should also not be afforded that right. But Starbucks technically can do whatever it wants, as it proves each and every day how much of a trash organization it is.
Last question: If someone regrets the surgery that Starbucks covered, would it also cover the cost of detransition?
Well, I think we all know the answer to that.
