California admits to discriminating against SpaceX over Elon Musk's politics, so he's suing them

California bureaucrats are trying to punish Elon Musk for being politically incorrect by refusing to allow more SpaceX rocket launches. However, the Constitution was never intended for the government or its employees to limit Americans, as it was solely intended to restrict them. This is why Musk intends to sue the state for violating the First Amendment.
Incredibly inappropriate. What I post on this platform has nothing to do with a “coastal commission” in California!

According to The Post Millennial:
The decision that Musk was referring to was reported Thursday in Politico. What really upset something called the California Coastal Commission was the United States Air Force’s decision to allow SpaceX to fire up to 50 rockets a year from Vandenberg Air Force Base, located in Santa Barbara County. The commission apparently believes it has the right to overrule that decision because it doesn’t like Musk’s posts on X in support of former President Donald Trump. They also didn't like his calling out FEMA incompetence as he struggled with the agency over getting his Starlink connectivity systems up and running for victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.
"I criticized Elon Musk’s 'recent comments on the federal government's hurricane response and painted him as a profiteer hungry for government support while maintaining a poor record of labor and safety violations at his space company,'" Newsom wrote on Musk's X platform.
Elected officials should not feel emboldened to speak out against American citizens, as that’s not their job. The government was never given the power to “criticize” people criticizing the government and the fact that this is in retaliation to saying politically incorrect things about a government agency speaks volumes.

“Elon Musk is hopping about the country, spewing and tweeting political falsehoods and attacking FEMA while claiming his desire to help the hurricane victims with free Starlink access to the internet,” Commissioner Gretchen Newsom said at the meeting in San Diego.
Question: What has Commissioner Gretchen Newsom done to help hurricane victims? The fact that Musk has done more for them than she will in her lifetime proves how pathetic and unserious these people are. She couldn't care less about hurricane victims, as proven by the fact she’s criticizing someone for not only helping people but speaking out against the government's pathetic response that’s making the situation worse.
As part of a bureaucratic commission, she has no right to make decisions based on someone's thoughts about a federal agency, as that’s not how this country operates. The very fabric of this institution is to scrutinize the government and anyone who retaliates against that should be barred from ever holding office or a bureaucratic position.
California officials are trying to stop rocket launches all because of politically incorrect speech proves how authoritarian the state has gotten. And the fact that this is the political party that will supposedly save Democracy is pathetic, yet unsurprising.
