In America, businesses have the right to refuse service so long as the discrimination is not based on a protected class. Unless, of course, this has something to do with a gay wedding and a Christian baker. Nonetheless, political affiliation is not protected as of the writing of this. This means Smoothie King has every right to discriminate if it wishes. However, employees don't get to make that call -- which is why two people have been fired after refusing service to a man in Trump attire.
🚨 BREAKING: The Smoothie King employee who REFUSED to serve Trump supporters has been FIRED following public backlash
Additionally, GoFundMe NUKED her fundraising campaign, so she’ll receive no payout.
FAFO! 🤣🔥

The best part, though, is that one of those employees believes they are on the right side of history, so much so that she decided to create a GoFundMe to support the dumb work decisions that cost her the job in the first place. What is even better, though, is that GoFundMe seems to have deleted her fake fundraiser because that is not how life works.
According to WKRC:
According to The New York Post, two Smoothie King employees were terminated from their positions at a location in Ann Arbor, Michigan, after they refused to serve a man and his wife due to a hoodie featuring the name of the President of the United States.

location in Michigan yesterday, the franchise owner has taken immediate action and the two employees involved are no longer with the business. Both the franchise owner and Smoothie King corporate have reached out to the guest several times to apologize and will continue to follow
The woman started the GoFundMe to allegedly fund her legal services. It's unclear what services she will need when it comes to the enforcement of this nation's laws, but the fundraiser has been removed as the platform claims she violated policies.
The employee claimed she was not comfortable serving the Trump supporters because he “literally” started a war the day prior. She later claimed she was recorded without consent.
In other words, she believes she is on the side of compassion, despite the internet and her employers thinking otherwise.
Nonetheless, sometimes in life, choices have consequences. The best move forward is for her to accept she acted poorly and move on. However, this is not how leftism works. While we could give her the benefit of the doubt and blame her objective ignorance for her actions, that is not how reality plays out. And unfortunately for her, that is nothing more than a personal problem.
