SCOTUS Delivers Win For Women’s Sports, Says States Can Ban Males Who Claim They're Women

SCOTUS ruled that states can restrict biological men from women’s sports. This is a win for women’s rights, but according to the left, this is a loss for trans rights. And the fact that this ruling had to be done in the first place is a problem.
According to SCOTUS, states have the right to prevent biological males from competing in women’s sports. This should not be controversial, nor should it be up for debate. In fact, even if you agree with trans ideology and believe it to be factually correct, which it certainly is not, it would still make no sense to allow biological males to compete in women's sports. This is precisely why this has nothing to do with trans rights and everything to do with the left hating women. And the fact that the left claims to be all in to end the patriarchy, while fighting to ensure males are afforded special rights at the expense of women, tells you all you need to know.
Ketanji "Not a Biologist" Brown Jackson's dissent on SCOTUS's trans athlete decision is, as usual, EMBARRASSING:
"There is reason to doubt the soundness of the concession that Title IX’s reference to 'sex' means *only* sex assigned at birth."

Did you think it was possible to be this stupid?
Per Fox News:
The justices ruled in favor of West Virginia and Idaho on Thursday against trans athletes who sued to gain access to girls' sports. The states were backed by the law firm Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), while the trans athletes were represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Cooley Legal.
In the highly-anticipated rulings in West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox, the high court upheld state laws requiring student-athletes to compete on sports teams that correspond with their biological sex at birth rather than their gender identity.
The fact that some people believe this ruling is immoral is a level of mass delusion no one knew was possible. And while it is great this was done, it is, again, a scandal that it had to be done in the first place. This is because trans women are men. The sooner the left realizes that, the better off they will be.
