Scott Jennings OBLITERATES CNN's pearl clutching over Tish James learning the hard way that no one is above the law

It's incredible to see Democrats whining about "selective prosecution" in the case of Letitia James.
Her entire career is built on the selective prosecution of one man! Give me a break. pic.twitter.com/RmqySfYaxI

Tish James, the New York Attorney General, was just indicted by a grand jury for mortgage fraud. You may remember James as the AG who found Donald Trump guilty of paying a loan back with interest, a loan that the bank was happy to have paid back with interest, because she convinced a NYC jury that it was illegal for Trump to get a loan just because he was Donald Trump. As Scott Jennings reminded a CNN panel who were clutching their pearls as they fainted on their fainting couches, these are the new rules.
We here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website received this exclusive response from Ms. James on the charges.
No one is above the law.

James ran for attorney general on a campaign of "getting" Donald Trump and finding him guilty of something. Generally, to win statewide in NY, a Democrat only has to convince enough low-information voters in NYC that a Republican would take away their right to get an abortion right up until crowning. James promising those same low-information voters that she would convict Trump on something and fill in the blanks later was just a cherry on top.
As Scott Jennings points out, and I'm paraphrasing here, this is what you idiots started.
If Democrats like Slotkin are going to come out today and whine about selective prosecutions over Tish James—her ENTIRE career is built on the selective prosecution of one man. ... it’s just not going to fly to boohoo over selective prosecutions on this particular person who promised in her campaigns, who went after[Donald Trump] on things ... that had no business ever happening, if not but for the man’s last name being Trump.
My personal opinion is, for the most part, aligned with Erick Erickson. Some of us warned against these "new rules," saying they were a mistake. If Democrats insisted on them, they were not going to like it when we regained power.
I think Trump going after the NY AG is politically motivated and bad. But I also thought the same when James and Bragg both campaigned on going after Trump and did that and all the people now screaming cheered that on. The precedent mattered then too.

The left needs to be taught a lesson that there are consequences for their lawfare. As James said, no one is above the law.
