Canada's refugee system is experiencing an overload. Naturally it's all Donald Trump's fault. Like global warming, mass shootings, and your favorite contestant not getting a rose in The Bachelor. At least according to this report.

Here's the scoop: Donald Trump enforces immigration laws. The lovechild of soy and hair product, Justin "I Feel Pretty" Trudeau (see Justin Trudeau Publicly Apologies to LGBTQ2, Cries Like a Wuss and This Video Wants You To Help Find Justin Trudeau Some Testicles) does not enforce immigration laws. So those border-skipping trolls are heading to the Great White North instead of sashaying across the American border.

More than 20,000 people, many fearing that Trump would deport them, crossed the border into Canada in search of asylum in 2017, Reuters reported. The migration wave does not seem to be abating in 2018, with over 1,500 asylum seekers crossing the border in January.

The heavy influx of immigrants has overwhelmed Canada’s asylum system and caused some of the worst delays in recent years.

All refugee claims are supposed to be processed within 60 days, but in December 2017, 86 percent of hearings didn’t happen when they were supposed to.

According to Reuters, aid agencies are also having difficulty finding accommodations for the migrants.

Shorter: it's America's fault Canada is having problems sorting then housing migrants. All for the sin of America taking immigration seriously. Like verifying people are who they say they are before allowing them refuge in our great United States. Now Canada is having a hissy fit. It was so much easier to virtue signals feels the same way Justin recites his morning affirmations.

America isn't to blame for Canada's sudden shortage of poutine bowls and cases of Labatt Blue, doled out to migrants saying "What aboot bringing my whole family here, eh?"

There are leftists who'll use this report as proof Trump ruins everything. It's really only proof Canada is still the second choice to America. Rather than take it as a feather in their Tim Horton's obsession, they're just upset to be America's overflow room.
