According to Rep. Summer Lee, “This country has taken so much from black folks and has a debt it owes.” And while she provides zero evidence to back that claim up, we can assume she’s talking about people who have never been slaves, while charging those who have never owned slaves for ancestral crimes they have nothing to do with.

These people are painfully delusional. Does she truly think the majority of Americans listen to her and think she’s got even a fraction of a brain? Because the arrogance is screaming with this one.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley echoed those concerns.

Several House Democrats reintroduced a resolution for federal-level reparations for descendants of slaves as well as other people of African descent in America. The resolution calls for the US to give trillions of dollars to black Americans.

The coalition of Democrat lawmakers were led by Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA). She reintroduced the resolution that was first brought by former Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) in 2023. “We’re here to say that there’s no more waiting, no more watering down, no more putting justice on layaway,” Lee said.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) also spoke Thursday, claiming that the US is in a state of "anti-blackness on steroids" and added that the “antidote to anti-Blackness is to be pro-Black, and we will do it unapologetically." She then added that the US government "owes us a debt, and we need reparations now," as she touted the resolution calling for black Americans to get $1 trillion, The Hill reported.

What does "anti-blackness on steroids" even mean? Because I just checked all the laws in existence, and I have yet to find anything that is “anti” any skin color, including “blackness.”

These people just make things up, and it’s incredibly cringe how they claim US policy must be “pro” for any skin color. And the fact that people living under Jim Crow probably did not even talk like this speaks volumes as to what their intent is, which is to buy votes they pathetically lost.

Nonetheless, ancestral crime is not only an evil concept, but it’s not a thing under our legal system. Thus, this is exactly why the left has become so unpopular, as they fight for things with zero meaning, while they waste time and slander the majority of the population. And to call that desperation would be an understatement.

Maybe one day these people will fight for all Americans, but until then, they have proven they intend to prioritize one skin color over another, and that will never be morally correct.
