Democrat New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham suspended the Second Amendment citing a “Public Health Emergency." But nobody is talking about the not-so-obvious agenda.

The governor unilaterally suspended open and concealed carry laws for 30 days in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County under the guise of "public health." Despite admitting that she knows criminals will not abide by the order because they don’t tend to listen to laws.

This comes from the same party who wanted to defund the police because they are “racist,” yet the police are the only ones who are not affected by this action.

The governor also hopes this will compel citizens to report more crime.

"I am not someone who backs the police all the time. But I don't believe in simply defunding them and then telling the public 'if you see something, say something' while we disarm you."

In case it couldn’t be more clear for New Mexico’s governor, the second amendment SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Where have we seen public officials suspend constitutional rights due to a so-called ‘emergency’ before? Oh yeah, that was Hitler.

"There is no exception to the second amendment. Dumb people will try and lie to you. They will try and say 'what part of your ass is part of a well regulated militia?'”

Well, it's actually “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The New Mexican tyrant is facing widespread pushback from state law enforcement officials following her attempt to ban concealed and open carry permits.

Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen described Grisham's 30-day "public health order" as "unconstitutional"

"It’s unconstitutional, so there’s no way we can enforce that order," the sheriff said in a Monday news conference. "This ban does nothing to curb gun violence."

It violated both the State constitution and the Federal constitution.

"This is how you respond. You never just say 'Well, I was just following orders. I was just doing what I was told.' You have a duty to stand up for the rights of your citizens. And if you have somebody in power who is doing something illegal and wrong, it is also your responsibility to stand up and say 'No, I will not send our people to enforce that,'" Gerald A said.

More than 100 protesters also openly carried firearms in Albuquerque on Sunday to rally against the unconstitutional suspension.

It is pretty weird how there are a lot of similarities between this ban and COVID regulations when you look at the logic behind it.

"I am sorry, there is a certain point when even 'science' does not trump your basic fundamental human rights," Steven said.

It should be well known to the governor of New Mexico that the police and government don’t exist to protect you, they exist to protect your rights.

“If they decide to infringe upon your rights for no reason, they are no longer public servants, they are tyrants,” Steven said.
