The worst realization after an American citizen dies because of an illegal alien is that it should have never happened in the first place. However, that realization becomes 10 times worse when the suspect gets nothing more than a stern finger pointing, despite ending the life of an innocent person.

A 15-year-old Colombian national has been sentenced to only 100 hours of community service and two years of probation after killing an American citizen who was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

According to the New York Post:

The juvenile Colombian national, who cannot be named due to state law, was sentenced to two years of probation and 100 hours of community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver.

Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden offered the teen the plea deal if he admitted guilt in the deadly crash, promised to attend school and not break any more laws, CBS News Colorado reported.

The teen was racing his mother’s Jeep Cherokee at over 90 mph through a posted 45-mph street when he slammed into Weaver’s Volkswagen in Aurora, Colo.

He is an illegal migrant whose actions caused the death of an innocent American, and he is still somehow able to stay in this country. How is that even possible? His age should not even be a second thought, as someone’s life was forever taken by his degenerate actions.

Weaver was speaking with her boyfriend on speakerphone when she stopped at a stop sign, allowing a car to pass before she crossed into the intersection and was T-boned by the teen.

“She didn’t even see him coming,” the heartbroken father said. “That’s how fast he was going.”

How many more Americans have to suffer before the left realizes that some humans are illegal? Why must we protect those who should not even be here, especially when they have committed crimes post facto? Why did Kaitlyn Weaver’s life not matter to this judge?

These are questions that demand answers, and the best the DA can do is remind the public that “not just alcohol or drug impaired driving that takes lives.”

“We acknowledge Kaitlyn Weaver’s death was the direct result of a crash caused by an unlicensed teenager driving at nearly twice the posted speed limit. This tragic loss is a powerful reminder that it is not just alcohol or drug impaired driving that takes lives,” Padden wrote.

“Driving at dangerous speeds has deadly consequences too and they are felt by our entire community. Although the driver’s age and relevant legal statutes resulted in this case being handled in juvenile court, this should not diminish the severity of the offense.”

Pathetic. Just pathetic.

I am just curious, would the lack of punishment also have been granted had the suspect been an American citizen? Because something tells me otherwise.

Nonetheless, rather than acknowledge that this illegal immigrant is a danger to the public, so much so that he has already taken one innocent life, the prosecutor's office would rather be politically correct than morally correct. And to call that a slap in the face to justice and the family of the victim would be an understatement.
