First responders were on the frontlines for the pandemic. They did it without ever needing to stick a needle in their arms. They were heroes. Now, Joe Biden and the unelected bureaucrats who make Joe Biden's decisions for him have declared they are no longer heroes unless they get their Fauci Ouchie. Not all are complying. That includes people who GOT THE SHOT for personal reasons but are standing with their colleagues over these new mandates. This nurse--who, prior to Biden's mandates, was a hero--refused to comply and was escorted out of her now former hospital.

Some disclaimers to appease our Big Tech overlords: This is just the nurse's side of the story. Having security walk you out on your last day is a common practice. I'm not questioning any science. And if you care about the approved CDC talking points, Facebook has no doubt tagged this post with them.

Here's the part I'm trying to figure out. There are a lot of nurses, first responders, hospital workers, and medical professionals who don't want their shot. All people who, for sixteen out of the eighteen months (plus fifteen days to flatten the curve), were praised as heroes. Has anyone asked why that is?

I know to the left and the media (but I repeat myself), anyone who questions the narrative needs to be othered and destroyed: athletes, entertainers, liberal activists, etc. Even public figures who got the shot themselves but won't tell you what to do with your body are catching the vapors. None of those people are medical professionals though. A lot of people who ARE medical professionals, who have been working around the clock while we baked banana bread and watched Tiger King, are opposed to the shot. They are so opposed to the shot, they are willing to walk away from their jobs--IN THE MEDICAL FIELD--over it.

It feels like we should be asking why. Or at the very least, be allowed to.
