Can anyone name one campaign promise Mayor Zohran Mamdani has made good on? No? I didn't think so. This is why it is bizarre and arrogant for him to claim he is proof that communism works, so much so that it is superior to capitalism and fixes the problems created under this current economic system.

According to Mamdani, raising taxes on the wealthiest New Yorkers is morally superior because the system does not take from those with the least. The problem with this is that that is not how morality works. You don't take more from one guy because you are jealous of his life. And you don't take less from the other person simply because you deemed their life harder than the average Joe. Equality would be taxing these people the same. Equity means doing what Mamdani demands. The problem with this is the equitable system has been tried for over 100 years, and every time it always ends in mass suffering, death, and tyranny. Why do you think that is?

He also quoted Friedrich A. Hayek, who mocked the famous quote, “If socialists understood economics they wouldn't be socialists.” The reason this is significant is that it is unclear if Mamdani is truly naive to all the suffering socialism causes, or if he knows and is that evil. Only those with an IQ lower than a goldfish can take all the evidence created under that system and believe it should be tried again. Draw your own conclusions.

He then claimed, without evidence, that he has evidence that he solves the problems created under Capitalism. This is bizarre because it is unclear what problem he solved, considering no one seems to be better off under his utopia.
