Sour Don Lemon has hissy fit, lashes out that Charlie Kirk's memorial was too "Christian"

NEW: Don Lemon fumes over the Christian messaging at Charlie Kirk’s memorial, says speakers quoted scripture because they were “demanding submission”
“What we saw in that arena was not simply faith finding public expression, it was religious nationalism on full display”

If I didn’t know any better, I might think Don Lemon has an issue with Christians — but I do know better, so I won’t say that. Still, why do I get the feeling that if Charlie’s memorial had focused on any other religion, he would have stayed quiet? Maybe it’s just a hunch.
Lemon apparently had nothing better to do today, so he took to the internet to claim he knows more about Christianity than Charlie Kirk ever did, arguing that Kirk was not a person of faith and did not follow the true meaning of scripture. He then criticized the memorial as an example of religious nationalism on full display, as if that were something to condemn.
I would also note that, in my opinion, it’s highly unlikely Don Lemon watched more than a few brief clips of the memorial, as evidenced by everything he said in that video. Regardless, he only succeeded in showing how desperate he is to prove whatever point he was trying to make. It almost seemed like he couldn’t handle the fact that Charlie Kirk was far more influential than he could ever hope to be — but you do the math.
No one is denying him the right to express himself, as he suggests. But that doesn’t make his “point of view” any less foolish. Calling the memorial a “language of domination” also seems like a bit of a stretch, if you ask me.
While Lemon is visibly outraged for reasons that will never be morally justified, he once shed tears for a career criminal who died with a massive amount of fentanyl in his system. I don’t recall him shedding a single tear for Kirk — do you?
CNN's @DonLemon tears up about George Floyd and the racism African Americans face in the US: “We have less humanity and fewer options because people are always judging us ... That's what they're doing, making excuses for their racism. They want to see George Floyd as other." pic.twitter.com/k5MmaKggWF

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Nonetheless, Lemon has repeatedly shown where he truly stands, and he certainly won’t be on what anyone would call the “right side of history.”
