According to Mayor Brandon Johnson, he makes hiring decisions “solely on the basis of race." However, it turns out that that is not what you would call “legal.” Thus, the DOJ has announced that they have begun an investigation into these claims.

Question: What is it called when one believes a certain skin color is superior to another? Would that be a raging racist? Because I am pretty sure if the shoe fits, it fits.

Why can't these people just agree that skin color means nothing and leave it at that?

According to The Post Millennial:

Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon wrote in a letter to Johnson that the probe was opened to investigate potential violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

"Our investigation is based on information suggesting that you have made hiring decisions solely on the basis of race. In your remarks made yesterday at the Apostolic Church of God in Woodlawn, you 'highlight[ed] the number of Black officials in [your] administration,'" the letter stated, noting that Johnson highlighted multiple high-ranking positions that were held by black men and women.

Again, I am no legal expert, but I am pretty sure there is this little thing called "equality under the law." And I am also certain there are certain rights people have when it comes to the government discriminating against skin color. But people like Johnson don't care about any of that, as the left prides itself on its racist practices, so long as it's politically correct. And while these same people would have a hissy fit had the roles been reversed, and a white mayor said something similar, they hold themselves to the highest of double standards. But unfortunately for him, that has caused the DOJ to investigate the city, solely because of his admission to these blatantly evil practices.
