Joe Biden frisking you would be the scariest part. Especially if you're under the ager of twelve. I just don't believe Biden would ever get you out of your car in the first place. Officer Joe pulls you over, and asks to see your license and registration. You say, "sure officer, it's right ... hey look, it's a goat who's wearing pajamas!" Then when Biden turns around to see the goat, you floor it screaming "you'll never catch me alive, Biden!" But at that point, Biden will have already forgotten about you. He'd be too busy looking for the goat. I mean, a goat in pajamas? What are the odds?

So, no. While Officer Joe Biden would be slightly problematic, President Joe Biden would be scary for the country. Great for web content! Just bad for America.
