The problem with companies putting the interests of foreign nationals over law-abiding Americans is that it does not tend to win over the popular vote of the American people. If you wish to have Americans patronize your business, it’s best to assume the accurate business model is to be in favor of Americans and not criminal aliens. This is why Hilton had no choice but to condemn the actions of one Minnesota hotel after it canceled the reservations of ICE agents.

The only problem with this is that actions speak louder than words. While the hotel can claim all it wants that they regret the choices they made and have corrected the issue, the evidence speaks otherwise.

Nick Sortor went to the Minnesota hotel that apologized for banning DHS agents, but what he found out was deeply concerning. It turns out that the apology was just a bunch of gobbledigook, as they STILL appear to be banning agents from the property.

Well, it turns out that the owner decided to double down on their slap in the face to federal law enforcement officers, despite their fake apology. If you are surprised by this, you are not paying attention. Why do leftists feel as if they can freely lie and get away with it? Talk is cheap, and now the American people can choose to do with this information what they will.

According to MPR News:

Hilton and local operators of the Hampton Inn Lakeville property released statements within hours apologizing and said the messages refusing to serve agents who were focused on immigration enforcement didn't reflect their policies.

Everpeak Hospitality, the hotel operators, said in a statement that the cancellation was inconsistent with their policy.

“Everpeak Hospitality has moved swiftly to address this matter as it was inconsistent with our policy of being a welcoming place for all,” the company said in a statement. “We are in touch with the impacted guests to ensure they are accommodated. We do not discriminate against any individuals or agencies and apologize to those impacted.”

This was definitely the best move forward, as, again, people don’t like it when companies put the interests of foreign nationals first. However, this was so much worse than that, as they refused to accommodate the brave men and women, our federal law enforcement officers. Rather than just staying out of it, this hotel chose to put its illogical political opinions first, and that decision was not taken lightly by the people.

Did the Hampton Inn Lakeville really think the American people would be lining up and applauding this move? They do realize that Trump won the popular vote, right? So, while they thought they could do this behind company doors and no one would find out, they f-ed around and found out.

It’s not clear what will become of Hampton Inn Lakeville, but they are allegedly losing their Hilton status, and at this point, that is nothing more than a personal problem.
