DEMOCRATS HATE THANKSGIVING

POLLS WERE WRONG

• The polls understated the percentage of the Republican vote in 48 of 50 states, and 15 of the 16 Senate races. SOURCE: Real Clear Investigations
• The polling miss was WORSE than in 2016. Across Presidential swing states, the average error was 5%, for the Senate 7%. SOURCE: DecisionDesk
• SPECIFICALLY, THE MOST RESPECTED POLLS ACCORDING TO 538 with an A rating or better had them the MOST wrong.
• FLORIDA:
  • Trump won by 3.2%. SOURCE: RCP FL
    • #1 ranked Marist had it at Biden +4
    • #2 A+ ranked Monmouth had Biden +6.
    • #4 NYT/Sienna had it Biden +3
    • All of them aside from ABC had Biden winning. The "top pollsters" undercounted Trump support by an average of 6-8%.
      • IMPORTANT: the further back from election day, that spread looks more like 8-10%.
    • Of course, the worst is always Quinnipiac, who at one point were off by 15%!
• OHIO:
  • Trump won by 8.2%. SOURCE: RCP OH
    • Marist had Biden at +4. WRONG by 12%!
    • Emerson wrong by 9%.
    • New York Times off by 9%.
    • On election day, the top ranked pollsters undercounted Trump voters by 8-12%.
    • 3 Weeks before election day, 10-15%.
• WISCONSIN:
  • Biden won by 0.6%. SOURCE: RCP WI
    • A+ ranked ABC News/WaPo undercounted Trump voters by 17%!
    • NYTimes was off by 10-11% on 3 SEPARATE polling occasions.
    • The top ranked pollsters had Wisconsin off by undercounting Trump voters 5-9% on average.
• HOUSE. The final 538 projection had Democrats gaining seats. SOURCE: 538
  • Even the night of the election, Fox's polling was so bad they still projected Democrats and expanding their house majority by at least five seats.
  • REALITY: Republicans have picked up nine seats and are leading in several of the still-undecided races.
• SENATE. In Maine, there wasn't a SINGLE poll that EVER had Republican Susan Collins winning. Some had Democrat Sara Gideon up by as much as twelve points. SOURCE: RCP
