After the video had gone viral, independent media outlet Libs of TikTok identified the activist as Tommy Dorfman. Dorfman pals around with Dylan Mulvaney.

This is the person the Delta employee referred to using he/him male-gendered pronouns.

As of this writing, the Delta employee still has a job. I hope it stays that way. But as more people on the Right celebrate the employee's beautiful bravery, it will sadly encourage corporate journalismers to contact corporate and demand the employee be fired.

Under normal circumstances, an airline wouldn't fire a clerk over a customer being rude to them. It's a LaGuardia and it's New York City. If you identify as trans in NYC, you get special rights that aren't afforded to other people.
