Watch: TikToker Loses Weight After He Ate Nothing But Costco Hot Dogs For Seven Days
The Kirkland dogs at Costco are made with 100% USDA beef. That makes them healthy. It currently stands as the tastiest and most affordably priced dog on the planet. And it turns out that if you need to shed several pounds, you should eat nothing but Costco hot dogs.
According to The New York Post:
“A TikTok star went an entire week subsisting on the $1.50 hot dog combo meal at Costco — and his stomach paid the price.
Joey Kinsley, a Cleveland, Ohio resident who is known to more than 460,000 social media followers by his online persona ‘Sir Yacht,’ documented the stunt in several TikTok videos.
Kinsley ended up consuming 29 hot dogs over the seven days, for a grand total of $43.50.
He even boasted of shedding a few pounds in the process — but joked the weight-loss may have been caused by a ‘giant tapeworm.’”
That's right, it is time to cancel that gym membership you bought as you once again lied to yourself that 2024 will be the year you will finally shed those last 20 pounds.
In a time when “the science” gets more things wrong than right, it is no surprise that the key to weight loss is stuffing your face with all beef hot dogs, as Sir Yacht had the answer all along.
With the current state of Bidenomics, you cannot beat a weekly grocery haul of just under $44. You not only get the nutrients from eating nothing but beef but also the added benefit of weight loss.
But the best thing about all of this is that it can bring families together as many can no longer afford to take the little ones to their local fast food joints.
With the cost of food only increasing, who on earth would not jump on this new weight loss trend?
Some people believe the rotisserie chicken is the best and cheapest item at Costco. I disagree. One, the chicken has loads of fillers whereas the dog has none. On top of that, everyone knows beef is the superior meat in both nutrition and taste. Costco dogs are the real "wiener" when you compare all its products.
Had the man skipped the buns and eaten only the meat, he would have lost more weight. But I guess that is mostly a preference thing at this point because it surely did not impede his results.
And he would do it again to relish the savings.
"I balled on a budget, lost weight, and had the culinary experience of a lifetime,” he said.
The evidence is clear. If you want to become a "fit frank" and relish in a healthier lifestyle, this is the way to do it.
