“Jesus Christ is Lord and Christianity is ‘it,’” according to one Gen Z TikToker.
REPORT: Church attendance among Gen Z has quadrupled in the UK, reversing the trend of declining Christian affiliation.
Gen Zers, many of whom didn’t even grow up in the church, say Christianity is providing them with answers they can’t find anywhere else.

This video is unsurprising considering that church attendances among Gen Z in the UK has nearly quadrupled.
According to the Church Times:
The report, The Quiet Revival, published on Tuesday, compares two weighted YouGov polls on churchgoing and Christianity, conducted online in 2018 and 2024, of 19,101 and 13,146 adults respectively. This was supplemented by fieldwork carried out between 4 November and 2 December 2024.
Of adults surveyed, 12 per cent reported that they attended a church of any denomination at least once a month last year, compared with eight per cent in 2018. This does not include weddings, baptisms/christenings, and funerals. “In numerical terms, that’s growth from 3.7m in 2018 to 5.8m in 2024 — an increase of 56%,” the report says.
While many treat leftism like a religion, it offers no real answers and lacks meaningful substance. This may help explain why studies often show liberals are more likely to struggle with mental health issues than conservatives, because progressivism tends to ignore core truths about human nature, while conservatism is rooted in understanding it.
This “dramatic growth” is owed largely to younger generations, it says. In 2018, four per cent of the 18- to 24-year-olds reported that they attended church monthly, compared with 16 per cent in 2024. For men, this increased from four per cent to 21 per cent, and, for women, from three per cent to 12 per cent.Last year, Bible sales skyrocketed, too. It’s just more proof that the left keeps losing the culture war they started. While the most radical leftists would love for you to believe that abortion, feminism, and all kinds of nonsense bring true fulfillment, that couldn’t be further from the truth. So, as the left keeps getting more unhinged, don’t be surprised if church attendance keeps climbing.
“This is now the second most likely age group to attend church regularly.”
