Hasan Piker's uncle drops the laziest ad this cycle, meant to help Abdul El-Sayed (and failing miserably at doing so)

Michigan Senate candidate Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed went from having a Hasan Piker problem to having a Black voter problem. Now, with six days before election day, he may be back to having a Hasan problem thanks to Piker's uncle dropping what might be the laziest ad I've ever seen. Tl:dr, the Jews are to blame for the cost of bananas being too high. And/or a genocide on eggs.
The word "ad" is doing a lot of heavy lifting. If there aren't points behind it and it's not up on air, it's a web video. Campaigns and/or PACs will drop web videos just to juice the discourse. And oy vey, is this one juicing the discourse.
This is one of the most comical ads this election cycle. Yes, Americans are chatting at the grocery store about how they can’t buy groceries because their tax dollars “go to Israel” 🙄 😂 nevermind the fact that Israel has invested 100% of military aid in the U.S. economy since Oct 7, and has also purchased over $1 billion *additional* in arms, according to DoD. Federal military aid is also prohibited from being spent on anything other than U.S. arms, so the line about healthcare is even more comical. El Sayed and his Islamist fans like Cenk Uygur want and expect American voters to be so stupid they never check. Not only is this ad insane, conspiratorial, and antisemitic — it is also flat out false. El Sayed isn’t for the people of Michigan, he isn’t even for America. He is for the Muslim Brotherhood. https://t.co/wTcwx044hV

The ad is the brainfart of Hasan Piker's uncle, a YouTuber named Cenk Uyger. Working with the Rebellion PAC, you see a white woman having to struggle between affording bananas and eggs. Then she finds out things are so expensive because all her tax dollars are going to Israel to fund a genocide against the Palestinian people.
It ends with a lazy callback to an ad that killed Kamala Harris's campaign in 2024, claiming that Mike Rogers, Abdulrahman's opponent, is for "they/them" while El-Sayed is for "you."
Abdulrahman's campaign didn't condemn the ad, though they did try to distance themselves from it. Even though the ad quotes what Abdulrahman believes is to blame for grocery prices.
"This ad is not affiliated with Abdul's campaign" Except that it mirrors Abdul's own language exactly - blaming Israel and the Jews for rising grocery costs and "affordability issues." That's why he didn't condemn or disown it - he said the same things LAST WEEK. https://t.co/MkmochqdPq

It's an unintentional parody of an ad. Let's set aside that the only genocide is the left's genocide on the actual definition of "genocide." And let's set aside that aid to Israel is approximately 0.05% of federal spending. And that it has nothing to do with Israel's health insurance or your grocery prices.
They chose the two cheapest items in the grocery store. Bananas are 50 cents a pound, and I got 18 eggs for $3.50 on Friday. If this were a real person claiming they had to choose, it's less an Israel problem than it is a you problem.
At least go with ground beef. Even though prices are coming down there too, the streets are still saying it's too expensive. More people would relate.
This ad couldn't have been more unintentionally hilarious if the grocery store clerk was one of these "Gas Station Abduls" I've heard about.
I'm not sure who the intended audience was for this, other than a very online one.
