One of the many problems with allowing people to objectively and ambiguously identify as anything and everything under the rainbow is that it criminalizes objective truth. This is why this story exists.

Under a proposed bill, lawmakers in the UK hope to outlaw so-called conversion therapy. However, critics have argued the law is “extraordinarily broad,” according to The Daily Mail, and may include those who identify as “catgender,” whatever that even means.

Per The Daily Mail:

The wording of the bill intended to outlaw conversion therapy against trans and gay people is so 'extraordinarily broad', the study claims, that it would even protect those who call themselves 'catgender'.

The fact that a study is needed to prove how asinine this is is part of the problem.

Primary school pupils could also be taken to court over remarks made about classmates who want to change sex, according to the damning assessment of Labour's Conversion Practices Bill co-written by Britain's former equalities watchdog, while parents face up to five years' jail if they refuse to fund their children's gender surgery.

And the fact that a bill is moving along the process that implies school-aged children can “change sex” is also part of the problem. This bill should not exist because, in a sane society, none of this would be up for discussion. The ones proposing such nonsense would be labeled as the Looney Tunes they are and be mocked into oblivion. And no one would ever pass a bill criminalizing biological truth.

The report says the draft legislation breaches the right to a fair trial by introducing the contentious ideology of 'gender identity' into law by the back door, and will allow activists to bring private prosecutions against their opponents.

Oh great. Just another scapegoat for LGBT activists to weaponize the judicial system against those who speak the truth. But what else is new?

Look, people are not cats. The fact that this needs to be said is a scandal worthy of the fullest condemnation. Did you even think it was possible for officials to be this deranged? What are we doing here, people?
