Remember that illegal alien who threatened the Trump Administration and declared he would never go back to Haiti? Well, he’s still not in Haiti, despite having over 17 criminal convictions. That is because the legal system is what you would call “broken.”

If you can't even deport someone with nearly 20 criminal convictions, who can you deport?

The man previously went viral after screaming at reporters, saying, “F-ck Trump, Biden forever.” Well, it turns out that while Biden was not president forever, he has been in this country for what seems like forever, and he is most certainly not welcome.

Bill Melugin provided the update on X, claiming “he continues to use every legal avenue & appeal to try to avoid deportation,” adding that the man is “currently detained by ICE at a facility in Louisiana.”

So, when the left claims there is zero due process when it comes to federal immigration hearings, remember this story. How much more process does the legal system believe this man is due?

The man was previously arrested last January after an ICE operation in Boston targeting “members of MS-13, people suspected of murder and rape, and people the International Criminal Police Organization,” according to CBS.

These are the type of people the left blindly defends. While we can conclude that many illegals are just trying to make a better life for their family, it would appear this man is not one of those aliens. He has been convicted of 17 crimes. This means there have been at least 17 times when he has likely terrorized or harmed Americans. That is not something anyone should be here for, but the fact that there is a system in place that has postponed his deportation for over a year is a scandal in itself.

It’s time to make deportation great again, and that starts with getting rid of this man yesterday.
