The problem with living in Australia is that you do not have this little thing called “rights.” Subsequently, because the government has mandated compelled speech, lies have become truth. If you dare even mention the old truth, such as men are men, you could end up paying nearly $100,000 out of pocket to make amends for such an act. This is precisely what has happened to one woman in New South Wales.

A woman has lost her appeal after she was ordered to pay $95,000 to two trans-identified males for calling them what they are -- men.

While it is a tragedy what is happening to this woman, isn't it great to live in America where you have freedom of thought?

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has ruled on appeal that a woman convicted of ‘vilification’ for referring to two trans-identified male athletes as men must pay a collective $95,000 to them, in addition to court costs, despite documented evidence of one player having injured at least one female athlete on the pitch.

It cannot get any more insane than this. Because the woman did not affirm blatant lies and upheld the truth, she was punished for it. Call me crazy, but didn't Orwell warn of something like that?

The decision, handed down today, argues that by referring to the trans-identified males by their sex constitutes “serious contempt” and “severe ridicule,” and orders women’s rights campaigner Kirralie Smith and the publication Binary Australia to publish a statement provided by the court, to remain as a pinned and featured post on her social media for a period of three months.

Wow. The courts are even mandating social media posts. This is a whole new level of modern tyranny.

In November 2023, Justin “Riley” Dennis and Nicholas “Stephanie” Blanch lodged criminal complaints against Smith for raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s football. Smith, a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, a campaign group dedicated to advocating for single-sex sports in Australia, had been raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s sports after learning of injuries sustained by female players.

The fact that the left also claims to be on the side of women’s rights is a scandal in itself. Australian leftists have no problem bankrupting and punishing a woman all because she fought for the safety and rights of women. The problem with this, however, is that it is not possible to have special trans rights and women's rights under the same system. Subsequently, the left decided it was more politically correct to trump on women’s rights than those who identify with the LGBT rainbow. To call this tyrannical and evil does not even begin to describe it.
