Anytime we talk about any of the people the DSA casts to play roles as candidates -- the social media influencer Rep. AOC has a side hustle as a member of Congress, it helps to remember who the DSA's target audience -- really, at this point, the Democrat Party's target audience since the DSA has taken over - is.

Basically, after someone spends a ludicrous amount of someone else's money so you can get a useless degree (whether it be mommy's, daddy's, or student loans) and you discover you have to work for a living once someone else stops paying the bills for you, you become a socialist (aka a Democrat) because you expect other people to pay for your livelihood at all times. Only now, instead of mommy and daddy, it's American taxpayers.

Okay, now let's see what intrepid reporter Caleb Howe is reporting

Even when Ocasio-Cortez was taking a salary from her campaign during the 2018 cycle when she was first elected to Congress, property tax bills for the condo AOC occupied in the Bronx were not being billed to the soon-to-be congresswoman.

In fact, those bills were being sent to the celebrity politician’s mother, who remained legally responsible for them. It suggests that even while paying herself out of campaign donor money, AOC was quietly relying on Mom's bank account to cover costs.

Mommy AOC, like many New Yorkers who, after constantly voting for the Democrats who make living in NY unaffordable, has since relocated to the Republican run state of Florida. Though she kept the condo. Rep. AOC's anti-capitalist brother Gabriel now lives in it.

The Bronx condo she lived in during her congressional campaign appears to now be occupied by her brother, Gabriel. The tax bills for the apartment continue to be sent to the their mother, not Gabriel, who is in his early thirties.

While AOC’s family is decidedly less wealthy fellow Socialist, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's, public records still paint a picture of her and her brother as fully-grown hipster leftist adults who, despite having university degrees and income streams, appear to have continued to rely on The Bank of Mom to cover costs.

Like most social media influencers, when Rep. AOC goes off on her rants, you can just swipe up or sideways and watch a different video in your algorithm. The rub is her side hustle as a member of Congress, where all her policies revolve around raising taxes on people like you to pay for people like her lifestyle.

She doesn't know any better. She just knows to complain about people who earned theirs and have more than she does.
