WATCH: Bernie Sanders Brags About Civil Rights Accomplishments. But Can't Name One.
When you're a Democrat, a Democratic socialist, or a leftist of any flavor, you're not actually expected to produce results. It's the good intensions which matter. Don't cite that pesky adage about roads to hot places paved with stones of the well-meaning. Instead, watch Bernie Sanders on The Breakfast Club, bragging about how much he did for the downtrodden black folk during the Civil Rights era. Only to be asked what he specifically did.
"Can you name legislation?""Not specifically, no."
Let that sink in.
For the record, if you're going to polish your own tushie about how great and wonderful you are, have a plan. As in be prepared for someone to ask you a follow up. In your personal life, if you say you were the best student in school, and someone asks you "Oh yeah, what made you a great student?" and you can't answer with something like "I had a high GPA," or "I was accepted to Harvard despite being an Asian person," expect for the person asking the question, and everyone who heard you blow smoke by way of answering, call you a liar.
It's not an accomplishment if you didn't actually accomplish anything. Related: WATCH: Bernie Sanders FAKES a Phone Call to Avoid Question About Fairfax Accuser.
