On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court announced that they were kicking Donald Trump off of the Colorado ballot over the insurrection he insurrected on January 6th, 2021. Trump, of course, did no such thing. I'm fairly certain if you are reading this right now, you know what this is really about. But unless you are confused, Obama's campaign manager is saying so out loud.

Jim Messina appeared on MSNBC and said the bullsh*t decision (bullsh*t is my word) is so that Democrats can unify around Joe Biden.

In the long term, this plays exactly into the Biden campaign narrative. [...] Elections are about choices. This kind of moment, it drives a narrative that is very important politically. [...] This court ruling is another way for voters to wake up and say, do we really want to go back to this craziness?

Colorado used a provision in the 14th Amendment to rule against Trump that was meant to bar former CONFEDERATE officials from holding office.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States [...] shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof…

In the decision, the court claimed to have "little difficulty" in determining January 6th was an insurrection and that Trump "engaged" in an act of "rebellion." The rub with that statement is that if there was really little difficulty in determining those things, it would have been a clear 7-0 decision. It was a 4-3 decision because some justices had difficulty in determining that J6 was an insurrection. Because, and this part is key, IT WASN'T AN INSURRECTION.

Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) say the word "insurrection" a lot. There are varying OPINIONS on January 6th. What is FACT is that Donald Trump was not charged with causing or leading an insurrection, let alone found guilty in a court of law.

The only constitutional crisis is being caused by four communist justices and the progressive activists who figured Colorado was radical enough for this scheme to work. It's disgusting.
