Watch: Is Trump cancelling Americans' citizenship like the media claims? Nope.

Trump has issued a directive to strip citizenship from certain criminals. However, according to some on the left, these deportation efforts have nothing to do with criminal foreign nationals. Instead, they claim it's about revoking citizenship from individuals who are already American citizens. Today’s show breaks down and debunks those foolish claims.
"Here is the truth: President Trump is denaturalizing people who obtained their citizenship through fraud, or those who are terrorists or war criminals," Crowder said. "He’s essentially enforcing the contract, just like any other contract would be enforced if it were obtained through fraud."
This means that if you lied to obtain any form of citizenship or withheld information that would have made you ineligible, the DOJ will treat you accordingly.
This includes war criminals, human traffickers, terrorists, those with active warrants, and more.
"Denaturalization has been a legal tool since 1952. This is not unprecedented, this is not the first time it’s happened, and of course it should apply to people who have committed fraud, or are war criminals or terrorists," Crowder said.
According to The Guardian:
The Trump administration has codified its efforts to strip some Americans of their US citizenship in a recently published justice department memo that directs attorneys to prioritize denaturalization for naturalized citizens who commit certain crimes.
According to NPR, “The Justice Department is aggressively prioritizing efforts to strip some Americans of their U.S. citizenship.”
One might assume from these statements that the federal government is targeting ordinary people like you, but in reality, that’s not the case at all.
For example, “On June 13, 2025, the Justice Department secured the denaturalization of a convicted collector and distributor of child sexual abuse material,” according to the DOJ.
"The only citizenship I want this person to have is a citizenship in Hell," Crowder said.
