One of the worst parts of this Progressive social experiment we are living under is that the left has decided criminals are now the victims, while jeopardizing public safety for all. The left has become so obsessed with “criminal rights” that they now disregard any justice to victims in that process.

One of the worst cases in recent weeks was when Judge Tracy Davis handed down a 30-year sentence after the jury recommended a 65-year sentence for the scumbag, who was convicted of robbery, kidnapping, sodomy, sexual abuse, and more.

You would assume that someone facing the rest of his life in prison would have pretended to show sympathy or remorse, or at the very least, respect to the judge. None of this happened. In fact, the defendant, 24-year-old Christopher Thompson, told the judge, “If I could spit on you, I would.”

Claiming his skin color as a deciding factor for the lesser sentence, Davis also showed zero sympathy for the victim. At the same time, she painted this lunatic as if he had more rights than the person who will live with the trauma of this tragedy for the rest of her life.

According to WHAS11:

Judge Davis cited Thompson's background as she decided the sentencing.

"Mr. Thompson never actually got the opportunity to get any type of treatment, whether that be mental health treatment, whether that be anger management, etc.," Davis said. "Unfortunately, he fell through the cracks and ended up before this court...This court does not believe that Mr. Thompson, if given the resources that he could get while being incarcerated, is beyond being rehabilitated."

Even toddlers know not to do what he did. Why does the left constantly treat the most evil people among us as if they are more victims than the people they attack? It’s deranged, naive, and a threat to public safety everywhere.

The suspect did not even pretend to care, claiming he would spit on the judge if given the opportunity. That is how far gone he is, while also claiming he could not care less about what he did to an innocent person. This is beyond evil and has no place for "rehabilitation."

Words cannot even describe how bad things got in that courtroom.

"It is just a shame that you can't look at all of these things and say, 'As of today, February the second 2026, I want to be a different person. I want a better outcome. I want to be an asset to society." Davis said.

"You can't tell me how I look at anything," Thompson responded.

Again, this is beyond rehabilitation. The worst part, however, is not that she pathetically decreased his sentence, but that she did so because of his skin color. He was awarded more opportunities because of the color of his race, and we can almost be certain she would not do the same for a White suspect in that position.

The left not only undermines justice by throwing crime victims to the side, but they also severely jeopardize public safety everywhere. This makes judges like Davis a danger to society, as she could not care less who she puts in jeopardy, so long as the color of the skin matches hers. This has no place in America.
