The Ninth Circuit has officially ruled that a Christian, family-owned Korean spa must allow biological men in female-only nude spaces. The fact that American judges have demanded this deranged requirement for the family-owned business is reprehensible, to say the very least. This is why Olympus Spa has asked SCOTUS to take up their case.

According to The Post Millennial:

Olympus Spa, which operates locations in Lynnwood and Tacoma, offers traditional Korean jjimjilbang services, including communal steam rooms, soaking pools, and full-body scrubs performed in open areas where patrons are nude. The Christian owners have maintained a female-only policy based on both the nature of the services and their religious beliefs.

The battle began after Haven Wilvich, a biological male who identifies as a woman, filed a complaint with the Washington State Human Rights Commission in 2020 after being denied access. Wilvich still had male genitalia at the time.

The commission found the spa's policy violated Washington's anti-discrimination law, triggering a years-long constitutional battle.

So under the fake fight for trans equality, women’s rights are trampled on. The fact that the left claims to be all in it for women’s rights despite requiring this in female-only spaces is truly deranged. Does the left truly believe this puts them on the compassionate side? This is a level of insanity no one knew was possible in a civil society.

The Ninth Circuit ultimately sided with the state in a 2-1 decision in 2025. In March, the court denied requests for panel and en banc rehearing, clearing the way for the spa's appeal to the Supreme Court.

The fact that this is somehow a “human rights” violation in the eyes of the state proves how much these people hate you. Can you get any more misogynistic than that? And what is to stop the fake trans people from invading these spaces? Is it even possible to discern such a distinction? My goodness. The fact that the spa has to even ask SCOTUS to take up such a case is astonishing.

While I am no legal expert, I think it is safe to conclude the rights of the spa owners have been violated. This is proven by the fact that they are a private business and the owners are protected by this little thing called the “First Amendment.” But draw your own conclusions.
