Yesterday, a beautiful memorial service was held in honor of Charlie Kirk. CNN though it would be a good time to kick the day off by amplifying the hateful rhetoric of defacto Democrat Party leader Jasmine Crockett. Scott Jennings -- a man who should be applauded that he's gone these past two weeks on CNN without swinging on anyone -- is fed up with the slander, though not surprised because this is who the Democrats are.

I want you to close your eyes and imagine what you think Jasmine Crockett would say the morning of Charlie Kirk's memorial. Maybe even write down a few quotes. When you're ready, watch her comments and see how close you came.

Jennings was, to put it mildly, unf*ckingamused.

Charlie Kirk targeted nobody. ... To say that he was continuously targeting people of color is nothing but a malicious smear on the very day that people are remembering Charlie, and he’s going to be laid to rest.

Scott pointed out this is par for the course with today's Democrat leaders, pointing to one of Crockett's peers, Ilhan Omar. Side note: I don't want to see Omar censured or expelled from Congress. I want her hate towards America amplified and then turned into campaign ads for the next three years. It's not as if Minnesota would replace her with anyone better.

When the media reports that we need to turn down the rhetoric... scratch that...when the media reports today that "Donald Trump" needs to turn down the rhetoric, because it's never the left's fault about anything ever, Jennings has some advice.

When I hear people say, we need to come together and both sides need to turn down the rhetoric, you know, a lot of the people saying that need to look inward right now. I was shocked at that. Well, I guess I should say I’m shocked by her, but I was a little, little stunned by what happened this morning.

Now that Kirk has been laid to rest... I don't think "we can get back to normal" is the correct phrase to use. Things have permanently changed where even the "moderate" Republicans the media claims "are the good ones" are on Defcon 5. Especially, when you factor in all the violence that has happened since Kirk's assassination, where we may never know the motivation...

I'm not even sure if "the healing can now begin" is accurate. I'm still at a loss about where we go from here. But wherever it is, it's time to start.
