Princeton Professor Accused Cops of Racism. Dash Cam Proves Otherwise...

Brodigan
February 12, 2016

Protip: if you're going to accuse cops of racism, make sure they don't have video evidence proving you're a lying liar who lies. Case in point, this Princeton professor claimed police treated her inappropriately and disproportionately when she was pulled over. She even added, “The fact of my blackness is not incidental to this matter.” So the police responded with proof indicating otherwise.

Don't want to be targeted by police? Try not breaking the law. Don't want people calling you out for your racist bull crap? Don't get caught by a dash camera.

This isn't the first time a professor has wrongly accused cops of racial profiling (read Black Professor Cries 'Racial Profiling!'). But what's a white black lie when the 'fact of your blackness' is at stake!

In the dashcam footage, an officer, who Princeton Police haven’t identified, is in a police cruiser as Perry drives by in her Acura SUV. The officer proceeds to stop the professor around 9:30 a.m. and is seen talking with Perry, who is still in her vehicle.

At that point, the officer returns to his squad car, calls dispatch, and learns that Perry’s license is suspended. He then returns to her vehicle and questions her. Perry said she was unaware of the suspension and was also unaware of the outstanding warrant.

A second female officer then joins the first officer and they are then seen, seemingly politely, telling Perry that they will have to handcuff her. The male officer can be heard saying, “Unfortunately, … because of the warrant, we have to put you in handcuffs.”

The police can be seen asking triggering questions, such as "How fast do you think you were going?" and "Did you realize your driver's license was suspended?" If I've learned anything from SJW's it's that policeman whitey and his gang probably used speech laden with microaggressions. That's something an African Studies professor would likely be well versed in.

Dash cams have proven to be a useful investment for law enforcement. There's no telling how many officers would be in hot water for simply trying to help people. Lunatics are actually persecuting police for merely being police, like this Black Lives Matter supporter who killed a Kentucky state police trooper. But discrimination of today? That's when you're black and you get pulled over for speeding.
