According to Rep. Ilhan Omar, ICE pulled over her son. But if this were true, why is it not true? Because ICE has the receipts, and there are, in fact, none. They have zero record of this incident occurring. So, it’s unclear if she's delusional or lying, but yes, both can be true.

According to Omar, her son was pulled over by ICE officers at Target and asked to prove he was a citizen of this great nation. She claims that he was released once he showed them his passport.

However, Acting Director Todd Lyons said there is "absolutely zero record of its officers or agents pulling over Congresswoman Omar's son" and claimed she is "unfairly demonizing our law enforcement officers."

And while only one of these people can logically be telling the truth, my money is on the latter explanation. What do you think?

According to CBS:

"Yesterday, after he made a stop at Target, he did get pulled over by [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agents, and once he was able to produce his passport ID, they did let him go," Omar said in an interview with Esme Murphy on WCCO Sunday Morning.

Omar said ICE also previously entered a mosque where her son and others were praying, but left without incident. After that, she said she "had to remind him just how worried I am, because all of these areas that they are talking about are areas where he could possibly find himself in and they are racially profiling, they are looking for young men who look Somali that they think are undocumented."

He added that her claims on this alleged racial profiling are "disgusting, reckless, and categorically false."

When asked about Lyons' statement, a spokesperson for Omar's office stood by the congresswoman's comments.

"ICE has long operated as a rogue agency beyond reform. It's no surprise that an agency known for disappearing people also can't keep its records straight," the spokesperson said. "ICE now claims it has records of all the stops, and our office would welcome the opportunity to review them."

All I know is that more often than not, what a politician says to believe them with zero evidence, you should consider the exact opposite of what they are saying. And while I am not here to tell you who the lying buffoon is in this scenario, I am also not here to tell you who is telling the truth. That is up for you to decide, but deep down inside, we all have the answer to this riddle.
