Democrats want to rewrite New York law to replace the word 'mother' with 'gestating parent'. While the left pretends erasing womanhood is compassionate towards the trans community, what it really does is prove how misogynistic they truly are. Because to erase womanhood, you have to despise this half of the population so much that you look at them as nothing more than a “gestating parent.” And again, to call this misogynistic would be an understatement.

While they are also attempting to rewrite father as “non-gestating parent" this is still a slap in the face to moms everywhere.

Per the New York Post:

“Mother” would be replaced with “gestating parent” while “father” becomes “non-gestating parent” or “parent” in family court along with in domestic and education law, under the legislation, passed this week by state Democrats.

This solves nothing, especially considering there was no problem to begin with. The only ones claiming to be offended by such basic terminology are lying for attention. No one in the history of the world truly cares about this nonsense, and the ones who take the term “mother” as an offense to their identity are too narcissistic to be taken seriously.

“Paternity” proceedings to determine a child’s biological father would meanwhile become “parentage” cases, under the bill, which was rammed through the Assembly in March and of the Senate this week.

This is so pathetic.

A “putative father” — also known as a deadbeat dad — would now be called “an alleged parent” in official state records, under the bill, which was sponsored by liberals Sen. Luis Sepulveda (D-Bronx) and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin (D-Westchester) and will go to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s desk for approval.

If you think only someone who hates women so much would author such a bill, you would be correct. And don’t take my word for it.

Per a 2021 article in the New York Times, “Senator Luis R. Sepúlveda of the Bronx turned himself in to the police on Monday after his wife said he assaulted her during an argument over the weekend.”

Yeah, that tells you all you need to know. The man hates women so much he assaulted his own wife. You do not need proof other than that.

Maybe one day the left will realize mothers are not the problem, but for them to fight for fake trans rights, they have to make things up. Nonetheless, to call this deranged would be putting it lightly.
