Is there any Republican worse than Mitt Romney? Everyone has their faults. We can find something with which we can disagree with just about anyone, regardless of their political party, but Romney not only has some moronic positions, he’s also prone to simply changing his positions on a whim and the kind of virtue-signaling we usually only see from the left.

If Romney didn’t have that (R) beside his name, he’d pass for being a Democrat. Based on his original position as a pro-choice politician and the way he votes on every important issue, he’s a Democrat. Romney is basically THE definition of a RINO: Republican in name only. Can we all agree on this?

Flip-flopping on abortion.

His elitist attitude.

Voting to impeach then-President Trump not once, but twice!

And the fact that he’s already stated he’ll vote to confirm Biden’s radical SCOTUS nominee.

If these aren’t reasons to call Romney a piece of sh*t, I don’t know what are!

This is important. We have midterms in November, and the results will definitely give us an idea of what to expect come 2024. Most polling numbers point to there being a takeover of Congress like we’ve never seen, and I am hoping for it. I hope the Democrats have screwed themselves out of holding any real power for the foreseeable future. It would certainly be in the country’s best interest if they never held power again.

But Romney is up for reelection in 2024. If the Dems are more or less run out of town in the 2022 midterms, I see no reason why Utah shouldn’t find someone more suitable to primary Romney and get him the hell out of the Senate. He’s obviously not representing any real Republicans. I don’t imagine the voters in Utah much appreciate his siding with Democrats every time there’s a vote. He needs to be primaried.
