“Girls were terrified": Trans identifying... an adult man uses change room with young girls after competing against them
Let everyone know you're a strange animal with the Strange Animal long sleeve! Get it today at CrowderShop.com.
Girls ranging from sixteen down to EIGHT years old found themselves competing against a fifty-year-old man after being forced to share a changing area with him. It sounds gross, but for what it's worth, the man identifies as a woman.
It's still gross, but now it's also sick that there are people who are okay with this.
This is not the first time Melody Wiseheart competed against tweens. Also, Melody was born Nicholas Cepeda. The 50-year-old former Nicholas tried to compete against barely teenage girls, not even adult women, this past October. Where, hilariously, he still lost to a thirteen-year-old and a fourteen-year-old.
This new competition is nothing to laugh at. Melody, who doesn't commit to the gimmick enough to have she/her balls chopped off, was allowed to share a changing room with children. Parents expressed their outrage to the Toronto Sun.
From the changing area, where parents put up makeshift towel-tenting apparatus so no one could see their daughters and they could not see the person with male anatomy changing with them, they got into the pool to race against this 50-year-old who was competing in several categories.
Rebel Media is, of course, on the scene as well.
One parent told The Sun that "The girls were terrified."
Another parent pointed out the obvious, “We know it’s not fair to the girls who are training at their sport and some of whom are hoping for scholarships.”
Yet another parent mentioned how it is all so confusing for the children while attempting to both sides the issue. “No one is comfortable. Everybody is accepting of all people but them swimming against our kids and being in the locker room with them is not appropriate.”
I'll give the parents a pass for not having a reason to assume one of the people their young daughters were competing against went through male puberty in the 1980s. Where they lose me is with the Toronto Sun story being about shocked parents, and not being about a group of parents removing their daughters from a swim competition once learning they'd be forced to compete against a middle-aged dude.
Or that this is a story about needing to "put up makeshift towel-tenting apparatus" in a dressing room. And not a story about a college professor who accidentally kept banging his head into the wall as he was removed from a little girls' dressing room.
But that's just me. Mr. Old Fashioned.
