You know, people would stop assuming the left has an agenda to recruit kids onto the gender bandwagon if stories like this didn’t exist. If your ideology was rooted in universal truth, you wouldn’t have to indoctrinate middle school children. But this is precisely what is happening at one Maryland middle school.
A Maryland middle school showed a presentation as part of Trans Awareness Week where they told sixth graders that gender is nothing more than a feeling, or a mood, if you will.
FIRST ON FOX: Maryland 6th graders were shown a "Transgender Awareness Week" slideshow complete with "advice for coming out" and "8 tips for being nonbinary."
“A person’s gender is who they feel that they are,” a video told Westland Middle School students.

According to Fox News:
A Maryland middle school presented a slideshow to 6th graders celebrating "Transgender Awareness Week" where the children were given a lesson that included "advice for coming out" and "8 tips for being nonbinary."
Call me crazy, but more often than not, when an adult tells kids how to convince parents of something, that often implies it’s wrong. Additionally, how do you need a tip to be nonbinary? I thought this is just how people were born. If so, this presentation does not need to exist. It would be logically equivalent to providing tips on how to be gay. So, it begs the question: is this something people are born as, or is it a social construct? You do the math.
"A person’s gender is who they feel that they are," middle schoolers at Westland Middle School in Bethesda, Maryland, were told last month in a video that was contained in a 12-slide presentation obtained by Fox News Digital.
What does gender even feel like? Feelings are so ambiguous and can be interpreted in bizarre ways, often taking a normal sensation and describing it in strange ways. None of this makes sense, and feelings don’t mean anything factual.
"It is important to understand the difference between sex and gender so that we can better understand ourselves," the slide says beneath the video, a video that was produced by the LGBT educational resource provider Pop’n’Olly.
Multiple slides in the presentation provide information on "what it means" to be transgender and students are then quizzed about what they learned.
Kids don’t need to understand themselves, and this is extremely confusing. They are treating an ideology and any feeling or sensation as if it must mean those kids are trans or nonbinary. That is not how that works. Many people would never even get these ideas in their heads if not for asinine stories like this.
No kid is trans, and it’s totally deranged that the left works so hard to confuse vulnerable people otherwise. And the fact that they call this compassion is totally delusional and has no place in our nation’s schools. Sadly, the situation is far worse than anyone thinks. But what else is new?
